If you are not satisfied with the item you received,you can get an exchange if the following situation happens:
If the product you received is not the same as the picture, or the product is defective or damaged, we can provide a replacement service, but please remember not to remove the plastic handle protector on the handle, because once removed, we will consider the bag to have been used and cannot replace it (please contact us first, return requests must be made within 3 days after you receive the bag, because we cannot determine whether the damage is caused by the customer or ourselves).

Please provide actual pictures of the damaged goods, we cannot accept returns without proof.
If you simply don’t like the design, size, color, hardware tone of the product, we do not accept exchanges/discounts/offers
Because if we allowed our customers to change in this way, it would be a huge problem.
We hope that every customer will understand and check your order carefully after submitting the order.
Even if defective, we only offer replacement bags of the same color and same size.
This rule was fixed to ensure that customers could not simply order this bag and then exchange it for another one because they did not like it.

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of heart, we can accept an exchange. However, the product must be well packaged and unused. Return shipping costs should be on your account. Additionally, you’ll need to pay a restocking fee for each item. If your order total is less than $500 USD, the restocking fee will be $50 USD; if it is greater than $500 USD, the restocking fee will be $100 USD.
If for no reason you are no longer interested in the item and you would like to exchange it, this is also possible. However, you will also need to pay for the re-shipping fee.
